SOLID STATE FOR MEN: Content Creation

Solid State is a men's grooming brand based in Australia specialising in pocket-size cologne made fresh from natural ingredients. The company was amazing enough to send over products for me to test out as well as shoot photographic content for both mine and their own social media channels.

MINISO Canada: #MINIWISHES

As a co-developer of MINISO Canada's first #MINIWISHES holiday campaign, our main objective was to drive brand awareness towards our social platforms which in turn would generate traffic towards our retail stores across Canada.

The premise of the campaign was a month-long giveaway in which our Instagram and Twitter followers would share what MINISO product is on their holiday wishlist. Whether through a tweet or a photo, up to 7 winners were chosen each week at random and would have their wish fulfilled. 

Receiving a total of 250 entries, it generated over 15,000 online impressions in its first week of implementation and ultimately incentivized people to learn more about our brand. In the end, it leveraged a strong increase for all of our social media followings (Notably a 550 follower increase on Instagram within a month).

MINISO Canada: Digital Scavenger Hunt

To welcome the launch of our SFU retail location, we developed an interactive opening campaign to generate brand awareness targeted towards students of the university.

The premise of the campaign was an on-location digital scavenger hunt in which followers of our Instagram would have to guess where a MINISO prize pack was hidden on campus via our Instagram story clues. 

A total of 20 prize packs were given away and generated an average of 400 story views per clue and incentivized students to visit our store, follow our Instagram page and share their lucky winnings online.

MINISO Canada: Event Planning

I've coordinated and co-planned MINISO Canada's last 16 retail store grand openings across British Columbia, Ontario and Alberta. Our main goal is to create a unique and fun experience which in return would increase MINISO's overall brand awareness. Some notable event activities included complementary custom fashion sketches for customers, photo-booths to branded cupcakes.
